About Me

Delivering brilliant customer service is an aim that I constantly try to achieve by working methodically, analysing individual needs, keeping promises, finding solutions and generally doing things properly!

I have a strong background in forward planning and organisation of corporate and other events as I worked for a large international company for over 10 years. I have considerable skills and knowledge in customer services with managerial experience, supplier management and project management. I was responsible for organisation and "on the day" delivery of global corporate events. Communication skills are a key element in all my endeavours as I enjoy working with people.
I have excellent organisational skills and pay meticulous attention to detail, which is a must in event management. Being cost-effective does not have to compromise quality of service.
